Returns, Refund & Exchange
EXCHANGE POLICY
Your purchase may be eligible for exchange as per below criteria:
- 28 Moons is eligible for exchange for size related issues, within 7 days of delivery if original packaging and tags are intact & the product is not used or washed.
- In the unlikely event that any merchandise delivered has a quality/manufacturing defect. Please photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging, and let us know at hello@28moons.in within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Customized products are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- The return/ exchange facility can be availed only once.
- Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- No refunds on International orders.
- Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before it is returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds will be entertained.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY

- If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria stated above, we will happily exchange and offer a fresh piece. For returns, once our team has inspected the merchandise, you will receive an email confirming your return has been accepted.
- The product should reach us within 15 days of product dispatch.
- In case of returns, the payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 15 days of us receiving the package.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited in 10-15 Business days.
- Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before it is returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
- In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
- In the rare instance we are unable to do so, we issue and email a credit note to the registered email address or the e-mail address used while making the purchase.
- The credit note will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
